Contract: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Hampton, London. In this role you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored support, helping students to access the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEND
- Assist teachers in delivering differentiated lessons and targeted interventions
- Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCPs
