SEND Teaching Assistant

Aspire People are currently recruiting teaching assistants to work in a special needs school located in Lincoln. Please note, due to location and poor public transport options, you must be able to drive and have your own car for this role.

This particular school is looking for a teaching assistant with experience working in the care sector, who is interested in utilising their skills within education. The school caters for students in KS1 through to KS4 and also has its own on‑site animal farm, providing an excellent breakout option for pupils who may be feeling heightened or deregulated.

The school is recruiting to start as soon as possible, offering a rolling contract with the option to become permanent. The pay rate is up to £110 per day.
