Aspire People are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant in Grantham. The position is temporary with a possibility to become permanent.
About the school
Our client is a SEND school in Grantham servicing children from 6-16 years old with autism diagnosis and associated conditions.
Candidate
We would prefer the Level 2-3 teaching assistant qualification but at the same time will consider the following experience:
- You have experience working with special education children or young adults
- You have experience as a carer supporting vulnerable young adults with special needs
- You have prior experience as a sports coach, breakfast club or lunchtime supervisor
- You have worked as a youth or activity leader supporting vulnerable teenagers
Shifts and Timing
- Shifts: Monday-Friday term time only
- Time:
- Pay: £95-105 a day
- Start date: January 2026
