Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Hours: Full-time / Part-time (depending on the role)

Aspire are looking for a caring, dedicated, and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Kidderminster.

Requirements:
Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
Experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs is desirable.
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
A patient, positive, and flexible approach to supporting children.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN.
Support children with their learning, social, and emotional development.
Follow EHCP targets and work closely with teachers and other professionals.
