Job Description

Padgate Academy is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs and disabilities. You'll work with a supportive SEND Team to enhance student academic progress and foster positive interactions within the learning environment.

Successful candidates must possess behaviour for learning management skills and be able to empathize with students' challenges while working collaboratively with staff and parents/carers.
