Summary

This is a 1-month contract position with a local authority aimed at providing high-quality, person-centered support to young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The role is crucial in helping these individuals progress toward their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes. The postholder will operate across community, center-based, and educational settings to foster independence, enhance communication skills, build confidence, and support inclusion within local networks and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, outcome-focused interventions for young people with learning disabilities, autism, sensory needs, and physical disabilities, in line with EHCP outcomes.
