SEND Allowance: Additional £1,393 - £4,787 per annum for relevant SEND qualifications

Start: ASAP / September 2026

Salary: £34,398 – £43,595 FTE (DOE & qualifications)

Contract: Permanent – Full-time or Part-time | 52 weeks per year

The Role

A specialist college in Leicestershire is seeking SEND Specialist Tutors to support autistic young people and learners with additional needs, including ADHD and learning disabilities.

You’ll teach in small class sizes, delivering personalised, autism-affirming learning that supports students academically, socially and emotionally.
