SEND Learning Support Assistant

We're currently recruiting 3 Learning Support Assistants to join a welcoming specialist ASD school in Ealing from after half term.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a setting dedicated to supporting pupils with SEND, helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.
The role:
Supporting pupils with SEND, SLD, ASD on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Assisting with learning, emotional regulation and daily routines
Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
Creating a calm, structured and supportive environment
We're looking for LSAs who:
Have previous experience supporting children with SEND (school or care setting)
Are patient, consistent and nurturing
Can support pupils with emotional and behavioural needs
Are reliable and available to start after half term
