About the Role


We are seeking a committed, creative, and enthusiastic Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, MLD, ADHD, and other complex needs, helping to remove barriers to learning and promote positive outcomes for all pupils.

This role is ideal for someone who is emotionally resilient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children with SEND within a nurturing and inclusive environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis or in small groups


  • Implement strategies to support pupils with autism and other additional needs
