Overview

SEND Learning Support. We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Yate who are looking for a Flexible Learning Partner to provide dedicated 1:1 support.

The school supports a high number of pupils with complex SEND needs and is looking for someone experienced, calm, and confident supporting children who may need extra help with emotional regulation, communication, engagement in learning, and day‑to‑day routines.

This is a rewarding role where relationship‑building, consistency, and patience are at the heart of everything you do.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support within a Year 6 classroom
• Supporting a pupil with complex SEND needs throughout the school day
• Helping with emotional regulation, classroom engagement, and learning activities
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive routines
