About the Role
Our partner SEND School in Basildon are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Key Worker to join our specialist SEND provision. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a positive impact on their daily school experience.
As a Key Worker, you will provide consistent, structured support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, working closely with teaching staff, therapists, and the wider pastoral team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a key point of support for identified pupils throughout the school day
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND
Support pupils with social, emotional, behavioural, and learning needs
