We are seeking an enthusiastic Job Coach to join our supportive team at Reading College. In this role, you will provide tailored support to young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) enrolled in our Employability Programmes, within the Learners with Learning Difficulties or Disabilities (LLDD) department.

As a Job Coach, you’ll play a vital role in helping students of all abilities develop key employability skills through active participation in our Learning Companies.
