SEND Cover Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated SEND Cover Supervisor to support students and contribute to their success at a well-established SEN secondary school in Chester.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to SEN students in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring continuity in their learning experience.
• Supervise and manage the classroom environment to maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by teaching staff to facilitate effective learning.
• Foster positive relationships with students and provide emotional support as needed.
• Assist with classroom management, behavior management, and ensuring that students adhere to school policies.
• Collaborate with teaching and support staff to meet the unique needs of SEN students.
