Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team, working under the direction of the SENCO to identify and assess students with SEND, monitor the effectiveness of intervention by outcome, and enable access to learning for all students.
Responsibilities include:
- Deploying staff and resources, including arranging cover for LSAs.
- Adapting and delivering learning activities to individual students or small groups.
- Troubleshooting.
- Liaising with parents and external stakeholders.
- Teaching lessons and offering withdrawal lessons.
- Assisting the SENCo with carrying out annual reviews.
- Providing personal care for physically disabled students.
