We are looking for a thoughtful and ambitious SENCO to lead and coordinate high-quality provision for pupils with SEND, ensuring every child can access, participate and thrive. Working closely with colleagues, families and external professionals, the role brings together strategic leadership with hands‑on practice, from shaping whole‑school approaches to supporting individual pupils.
