SENCo required for a Primary School in Bromley

At Engage, we know that a school runs on quality staff. We’ve spent over a decade building strong relationships with schools in Bromley and the school we are working with are looking for a SENCo to work on a full‑time basis.

SENCo Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or willingness to complete the qualification within the required timeframe.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the SEND Code of Practice (2015), Equality Act 2010, and current SEND legislation.
  • Proven experience supporting pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, Speech, Language and Communication Needs, SEMH needs, learning difficulties, and physical or sensory needs.
  • Experience coordinating and monitoring SEND provision across a school.
