Hays Education are working in partnership with a weing and inclusive primary school in the Dudley/Oldbury area,mitted to supporting all pupils to achieve their full potential. The school has a strong focus on high-quality SEND provision, inclusive practice and staff development. This is a one-year contract, starting in September.

Your new role

They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant SENCo to support the leadership and delivery of SEND provision across the school. You will work closely with the Deputy Head (Inclusion/SENCo) to ensure high-quality teaching, effective interventions and positive oues for pupils with SEND, including those with SEMH and pastoral needs.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the strategic and day-to-day management of SEND provision

Leading and delivering targeted interventions and monitoring pupil progress
