SENCO - ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER
This SEN school is offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious SENCO to take on a permanent role from September 2026. You will join a setting where strong leadership, safeguarding, education and clear strategic direction matter. This is a role for someone who wants to influence practice across the whole school while ensuring SEN provision is well led, well organised, and centred around pupil progress.
As a SENCO are you ready to work as part of the SLT at an amazing SEN School while playing a wider role in the whole-school leadership team? Can you lead, and enhance a supportive culture that removes barriers to learning for SEN children and young adults enabling them to embrace all aspects of school life knowing you and your colleagues are there to keep them safe and inspired?
