  • Provide targeted support to students with learning differences

  • Create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

  • Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and support staff

  • Monitor and document student progress

  • Use differentiated instruction and behavior support strategies

  • Communicate effectively with families and specialists

  • Bachelor’s in Special Education or related field

  • SEN certification or training

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Experience with mild/moderate learning needs

  • Knowledge of American/international best practices in inclusion
