Role Responsibilities

• Support students with core subjects (Maths, English and Science).
• Support students in class on a 1:1 basis and in small groups across KS3 and KS4.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and adapt resources to meet individual needs.
• Provide targeted support for students with additional needs, particularly those with ASD and SEMH.
• Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning.
