As an SEN Teaching Assistant , you will be essential in supporting pupils to grow not only academically but also socially and emotionally. Working alongside the teaching team, you will provide individualised support to students aged 3 to 19 who have a variety of complex needs, such as severe and profound learning disabilities, autism, and related medical conditions.
