About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the learning, emotional wellbeing, and personal development of students with a range of needs, including moderate to complex learning difficulties, social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, and physical disabilities.You will work closely with the class teacher and a team of skilled support staff to provide tailored interventions and encouragement, helping students to access the curriculum and reach their individual goals.The role involves supporting children and young people aged 4 to 19, both on a one-to-one basis and within small group settings, adapting your approach to meet their varied needs.This is a full-time position with the potential to become long-term for the right ca...
