Job Description

About the role

  • Working both one to one and in small groups with students with Special educational needs, outside of the classroom in a primary school setting.

  • Supporting children by following EHCP's and school guidelines.

  • Starting from after the Easter Holidays, 13th April 2026, as a day-to-day / part-time member of staff with the potential to become a permanent member for the right fit.

  • Working between school hours of 08:30-15:30, Monday to Friday up until the end of summer term, July 2026.

    • Requirements

    To be considered for the SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Experience working with children or young people (preferably in an educational setting)

  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
