SEN Teaching Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and flexible SEND Teaching Assistant to support in our Enhanced Pathway, Forest Class. Forest Class is a unit of our school for pupils with Global Developmental Delay and Autism. It is led by a skilled teacher and there are other existing support staff within the class.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant at Rose Hill, you will be part of a dedicated team that aims to make education accessible for all. Your ability to build meaningful relationships will directly influence our pupils’ academic ambition and sense of belonging.

Working alongside teachers who strive to get the best out of every student, you will ensure an empathetic, calm and resilient approach with effective communication and a proactive mindset in order to implement our structured curriculum pathways.
