SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant – North Manchester
Full-Time | September Start | 8:30am – 3:30pm
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of primary schools across North Manchester who are looking to appoint dedicated and compassionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants from September. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 3:30pm, supporting pupils with additional needs to access learning and achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will work closely with an individual pupil on a one-to-one basis, providing tailored academic, social and emotional support throughout the school day. Responsibilities may include adapting learning activities, promoting positive behaviour strategies, supporting communication and interaction skills, assisting with personal development targets, and working alongside teachers, SENCOs and external professionals to ensure the pupil receives the highest level of support.
