Smart Education is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Years 7–11 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Cradley Heath.

About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide tailored support to pupils with SEMH needs. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions, helping pupils engage in learning and achieve positive outcomes.
