SEN Teaching Assistant – Mitcham


Location: Mitcham, South West London
Pay: £100–£115 per day
Contract: Full-Time | ASAP Start


1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant


Milk Education are seeking a compassionate and committed 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs in a welcoming primary school in Mitcham.


You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to provide tailored support, helping the child to access learning and develop confidence within the classroom.


Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day.

  • Implement personalised learning strategies.

  • Encourage positive behaviour and independence.

  • Build a trusting relationship with the pupil.

  • Liaise with teaching staff and parents where appropriate.
