SEN Teaching Assistant, HARRIS FEDERATION

Harris Primary Academy Chafford Hundred (HPACH) is an academy that was judged outstanding in every category in our March 2025 Ofsted inspection.

We are looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant at HPACH to support individuals and groups of children in accessing learning and to contribute to a nurturing learning environment.

The salary for this role will be £24,060.29 for 37.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting identified children in 1:1, group or whole class situations, ensuring their safety and access to learning.
• Assisting in the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies, working with the teacher to ensure the provision supports each identified child’s learning needs.
