Responsibilities

• Supporting students with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
• Helping pupils access learning both inside and outside the classroom.
• Providing one-to-one and small group support.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Building strong relationships with students to support their progress.
• Working closely with teachers and SEN teams to provide consistent support.
