SEN Teaching Assistant - EYFS

Christ Church Hanham CE Primary is a school committed to enabling all children to flourish. We are recruiting for a Teaching Partner to join our nurturing school and provide tailored support to a pupil in EYFS.

This post will primarily be 121 support but there will also be an element of group support, both within and outside of the classroom, to enable pupils to learn effectively.

Applicants will need to have a sound understanding of communication and interaction needs and autism. Applicants will also need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of the Early Years curriculum and pedagogy.

Previous experience of supporting pupils with special educational needs is desirable. We are looking for candidates who have particular skills in one or more of the following areas:
