Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant in Fleetwood to support children with complex needs in a specialized unit from September to December. This role involves assisting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other special educational needs, fostering a nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a TA or in similar roles, be proficient in communication aids, and possess emotional intelligence and adaptability. A full enhanced DBS is required for this temporary position.
