We are working with a highly supportive specialist school seeking caring, patient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team.

This setting supports children aged 2–11 with a range of complex needs including Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), communication needs, and medical needs.

As an SEN TA, you will help pupils access learning through highly personalised support, sensory-based activities and communication-focused interventions. Every small step matters, and you will play a vital role in helping pupils build confidence, independence and engagement.
