Supply SEN Teaching Assistant - Opportunities across Somerset
Teach Ltd is recruiting compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs within specialist educational settings across Somerset.
The role may involve supporting pupils with:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- ADHD
- Speech and Language Needs
- SEMH
- Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Support EHCP targets
- Assist with behaviour regulation strategies
- Promote independence and engagement
- Work closely with teaching and therapy teams
Requirements
- Experience supporting children with SEN
- Positive and patient approach
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding
