SEN Teaching Assistant – Carmarthenshire

Vision for Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible supply basis in primary schools across Carmarthenshire. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support pupils with a variety of learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), ADHD, and Speech and Language difficulties.

We are seeking adaptable and committed individuals who are passionate about helping children thrive in an inclusive and supportive learning environment. As an ALN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and school staff to ensure pupils receive the guidance and encouragement they need to reach their full potential.
