About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to work in the Stockton region. This is an exciting opportunity to support students with a range of additional needs and make a meaningful impact on their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs
• Support pupils with a variety of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other professionals
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies where necessary

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
