Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupil needs.
  • Differentiate work to support a range of abilities.
  • Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching where needed.
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants and SEN staff.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Create engaging lessons, support pupil progress, and work with support staff to deliver high‑quality learning in a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching pupils with SEN needs.
  • Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with support staff and families.
