Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupil needs.
- Differentiate work to support a range of abilities.
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching where needed.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and SEN staff.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Create engaging lessons, support pupil progress, and work with support staff to deliver high‑quality learning in a safe and nurturing environment.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching pupils with SEN needs.
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with support staff and families.
