I am looking for an experienced SEN TA to work 1:1 with a young boy who has ASD and can some times exhibit challenging behaviour. As a SEN TA you will work with your key student throughout the school day, you will collect him from the school bus in the morning, throughout the day you will be expected to deliver lessons 1:1 and managing the child's behaviour as well as supporting him emotionally, helping him regulate.
