The Opportunity
Long Term Futures are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Support Assistant to join a specialist Post-16 provision supporting young adults aged 16–25 with a range of additional needs.
The setting focuses on delivering personalised learning programmes, helping learners develop independence, life skills, communication, and employability skills in preparation for adulthood. You will support students with a variety of needs, including Autism (ASD), learning difficulties, communication needs, and physical disabilities.
