Got a knack for calming chaos and celebrating the little wins?

We’re looking for a kind, patient, and proactive TA to join a brilliant Year 1/2 team in a South Bristol primary school. You’ll be supporting a range of additional needs, including Autism, Behavioural and Social & Emotional Difficulties. It is a class with some big charcaters so someone with strong behaviour management is important.

What your day might look like:
Helping children with speech and language challenges communicate their needs
Building trust with pupils who find social interactions tricky
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to provide consistent, compassionate support

We’re after someone who:



  • Has experience in SEND (or both!)


  • Brings patience, energy, and emotional intelligence


  • Understands how early support can shape a child’s whole school journey
