SEN Learning Support TA (Psychology Grad) – Temp to Perm

Psychology Graduate TA:
Location - Chorley (PR7)
Pay - 475- 550 per week, depending on experience
Start Date - 23/03/2026, or ASAP
Contract Type - Temp to Perm

Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to pursue a career in education? We are currently working with a large SEN provision to recruit for Learning Support Assistants on a temp to perm basis.

Role Responsibilities:
Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, and in small groups to encourage academic and emotional development
Build rapport with students, parents and other staff members
Prepare and implement learning resources alongside the class teacher

Role Requirements:
A recent degree or masters in Psychology
Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
