Randstad Staffing in Rayleigh is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide high-quality 1:1 and small-group support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The position requires an individual who can engage students, track progress, and support their emotional and social needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing challenging behaviours, possess a Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning, and a strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures. This is a full-time permanent position with immediate start.
