Randstad Education in Shere is urgently seeking a learning support assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will help prepare students with complex needs for adult life through person-centred academic and vocational study programmes while working with an exceptional educational team.

The ideal candidate will support students during class, engage them in learning, and ensure their well-being. Experience with learners having various learning difficulties is beneficial. This role offers career progression, on-site parking, and free school meals.
