Job Description

The Latimer Arts College in Kettering is looking for a committed Learning Support Assistant to support students with additional needs. You will work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to promote an inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with children, an ability to maintain appropriate relationships, and strong ICT skills. This role requires resilience and teamwork to effectively assist students on the SEN register.
