TipTopJob is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Brentwood, UK. The ideal candidate will provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to thrive academically and socially. Responsibilities include working closely with teachers to adapt learning activities and track student progress against Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

Preferred skills include experience with SEN, effective communication, and a full driving licence. This is a full-time permanent role with an ASAP start date.
