Job Description

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant in Chelmsford to provide quality support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This full-time permanent position involves assisting children with their educational needs while helping them build confidence and overcome barriers.

Successful candidates will have experience in supporting SEN children, possess relevant qualifications, and demonstrate effective communication and behaviour management skills. The role requires availability Monday to Friday, inline with school hours.
