Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Semiconductor Tooling Specialist
to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing precision tooling, molds, and dies used in our semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with the equipment and process engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime, ensure high yield rates, and maintain strict compliance with quality standards. Tooling Management & Maintenance
Execute routine preventative maintenance (PM)
, calibration, and cleaning of high-precision semiconductor tools, jigs, fixtures, and molds.
Troubleshoot and repair tooling defects
or wear-and-tear issues to minimize production downtime and maintain continuous manufacturing line operations.
Manage the inventory of tool spare parts
