Job Description

Nexperia in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to sustain and improve manufacturing processes and equipment performance in the pre-assembly environment. You will help meet quality, yield, productivity and reliability targets across production lines.

Responsibilities include leading yield improvement initiatives, monitoring process performance, coordinating NPIs, root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
