Job Details:
+ $0.65-$0.68 cpm
+ Detention pay: $15 per hour - Starts 2 hours after on time arrival
+ Drop and hook pay: $25 per stop
+ Live load/unload: $50 per stop
+ Live swap: $25
+ Driver assist load/unload: $25 per stop
+ Hazmat: $50 per load
+ Holiday pay per day: $200
+ Safety training pay per hour: $20
+ New hire training pay: $200 per day
+ Frequent home time
+ Majority no touch freight
+ Onsite management
+ Paid online orientation
