Randstad Education is seeking a SEMH Teaching Assistant in Lancing. This role involves supporting primary and secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a specialist school environment.

You'll help pupils regulate emotions, foster positive behaviours, and build confidence in a small class setting. The position offers a salary of £93-£100 per day during a 12-week placement, transitioning to £22,000-£23,500 per annum upon successful transfer to permanent staff.
