SEMH Teaching Assistant: Build Confidence & Wellbeing

Randstad Education is looking for a SEMH Teaching Assistant in Chichester to support primary and secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to impact the lives of young people within a dedicated and nurturing school environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff, help students develop positive learning behaviours, and build trusting relationships to promote emotional wellbeing. A temporary placement leads to direct transfer onto the school's permanent staff after 12 weeks.
